  • Financial Information: Payment method details including GCash account numbers, PayMaya account numbers, and bank account details for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other Philippine banks used for deposits and withdrawals. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
  • Communications: Records of your correspondence with our customer support team, including live chat transcripts, email exchanges, and feedback submissions.
  • Responsible Gaming Preferences: Self-imposed limits, cooling-off requests, and self-exclusion elections you make through the Platform.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of pgph's business, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. 3.4 Protection of Rights

4. Data Retention

pgph retains your personal information for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. Specifically:

  • Account registration data and KYC documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AMLC and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
  • Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
  • Customer support communications are retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
  • Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of your account and for two (2) years following account closure.

When your personal information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and no legal obligation requires its retention, pgph will securely delete or anonymize it.

5. Data Security

pgph implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the pgph Platform.

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, pgph will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

7. International Data Transfers

pgph primarily processes your personal information within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines, for example when we use cloud hosting services or game software providers with servers located abroad. In such cases, pgph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required under Philippine law.

8. Children's Privacy

The pgph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and close the associated account.
