pgph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and pgph ("pgph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pgph online gaming platform, including the website located at https://pgph.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pgph Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the legal minimum age for participating in online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• All information you provide to pgph during registration and at any time thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or unlawful purpose.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with pgph.

pgph reserves the right to verify your age, identity, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any funds in your account.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the pgph Platform, including the ability to place wagers and participate in games, you must create an account. During the registration process, you will be required to provide personal information including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and to notify pgph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. pgph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one account on the pgph Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If pgph detects that you have opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any wagers placed, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts.

3. Eligibility and Restricted Territories

The pgph Platform is intended solely for Users who are residents of the Philippines and who are at least 21 years of age. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. pgph reserves the right to request proof of age and residency at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension or closure.

Users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use the pgph Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pgph disclaims all liability for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Platform.

pgph reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform from certain territories at its sole discretion. If you attempt to access the Platform from a restricted territory, your account may be suspended or terminated, and any funds in your account may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

To participate in real-money gaming on the pgph Platform, you must deposit funds into your account. pgph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, and the maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method and your account status.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pgph does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees. It is your responsibility to review and understand any fees charged by your payment provider.

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified, including submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of address.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold, which is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

pgph processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing times. pgph reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pgph offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered. By accepting a bonus or participating in a promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before the bonus funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly disclosed in the bonus terms.

pgph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain Users from participating in bonuses or promotions if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of the bonus terms. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Users, is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming

pgph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all Users. We encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and within their means. Online gaming should be viewed as a form of entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems.

pgph provides several tools to help Users manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money you deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: You may set limits on the amount of money you are willing to lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure the Platform to send you reminders after you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent or long-term closure of your account if you believe you have a gambling problem.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the pgph Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

pgph is committed to ensuring fair play and the integrity of all games. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical percentage of wagered money that will be paid back to players over time.

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or any game is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the use of bots, automated software, hacking tools, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage. Users found to be engaging in such activities will have their accounts immediately terminated, and any winnings will be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pgph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of pgph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pgph. Unauthorized use of the Platform or its content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pgph and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall pgph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pgph and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, pgph may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

pgph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting pgph customer support. Upon account closure, you will be required to withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to the withdrawal terms outlined in Section 4.

pgph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these Terms.
